🌷 “The Math I Couldn’t Do… Became My Turning Point” 🌷

Since my childhood,

studying was never something close to my heart…

There were days when even opening a book felt like a burden.

But as time passed,

when I reached Grade 6,

a small dream started to grow inside me…

“I want to study too…” 🌼

Yet, life gave me a difficult challenge—

Mathematics.

No matter how hard I tried,

those numbers… those problems…

felt like a language my mind refused to understand.

On the days marks were given,

other students would laugh… πŸ˜”

“They’re bad at math,” they would say.

Even the teacher’s words

felt like sharp knives to my heart…

That label—“This student can’t do it”—

made me feel like I was losing myself.

That embarrassment…

that pain…

I carried it home with me.

But…

I didn’t let it end in tears.

I turned my pain into poetry… πŸ“✨

My emotions flowed out as words…

The questions I asked myself—

“Why can’t I do this?”—

became lines I wrote, searching for answers within me.

As time went by,

when I reached the end of Grade 11,

I felt angry at myself…

πŸ‘‰ “Is running away because it’s hard… really my story?”

That day, I gave myself an answer—

“No… I will try.” πŸ’ͺ

That moment

became the turning point of my life.

I started facing mathematics like a battle…

Day by day,

learning even through my mistakes.

And then,

I met a teacher who changed everything… 🌟

He taught me that math

is not something to fear…

that it’s something you can actually learn to love.

Slowly,

I started believing in myself…

The voice inside me whispered—

“I can do this.” ❤️

With the few months I had left,

I worked harder than ever before…

Even when I felt like giving up,

I didn’t stop.

That dream

became bigger than my fear… ✨

Finally…

the day of my O/L results…

With a racing heart,

I checked my marks…

πŸ‘‰ A “C” for Mathematics…!

That day…

the happiness I felt

is beyond words… πŸ˜πŸ’–

It wasn’t just a “C”…

It was—

πŸ‘‰ a victory over my embarrassment

πŸ‘‰ an answer to my fears

πŸ‘‰ a full stop to the word “I can’t.”

🌼 What life taught me:

“Impossible” is often just a limit

we place on ourselves…

The day we decide to break that limit,

we begin to transform into someone stronger. 🌈✨

πŸ’«

If someone out there is thinking,

“I can’t do this…”

Just remember one thing—

πŸ‘‰ “Try…

and one day, you’ll surprise yourself.” πŸ’–✨
